Account Deletion Manual – Relationship Analyzer AI

1. Introduction

At Relationship Analyzer AI, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to delete your account and what happens after deletion.

Important: Account deletion is intended to be permanent and cannot normally be undone once completed.

2. How to Delete Your Account (In-App)

You can delete your account directly in the App:

  1. Open Relationship Analyzer AI and log in.
  2. Go to Profile or Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm when prompted.

Once confirmed, your deletion request will be processed and your account may be deactivated during processing.

3. Alternative Deletion Request (Email)

If you cannot delete your account in the App, you may request deletion by email:

  • Email: info@frostskull.com
  • Subject: Account Deletion Request
  • Include:
    • The email address associated with your account
    • (Optional) Your user ID or any other identifier visible in the App (if available)

For security, we may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before processing.

4. What Will Be Deleted

When your account deletion is completed, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, to the extent permitted by applicable law, which typically includes:

  • Profile information (e.g., name, email, phone number, profile photo)
  • Account identifiers and login access (your credentials will no longer work)
  • User-generated content linked to your account, where deletion is technically feasible and legally permitted

Note: Some content may remain in the App in an anonymized form (for example, where it has been shared with other users or is necessary to maintain platform integrity).

5. What Data May Be Retained

In some cases, we may retain limited data after account deletion, including:

  • Data required for legal compliance or regulatory reporting
  • Transaction and purchase records (e.g., for accounting, tax, chargebacks, fraud prevention)
  • Security, audit, and system logs (where required for safety and integrity)

Any retention is limited to what is necessary and permitted under applicable law (including GDPR).

6. Effects of Account Deletion

Once your account is deleted:

  • You will lose access to the App and associated services.
  • Deleted data and content cannot normally be recovered.
  • Subscriptions are not automatically canceled by deleting your account. You must manage subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play settings.

7. Timeline

  • Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.
  • During processing, your account may be deactivated.
  • In certain situations (e.g., legal obligations, dispute handling, fraud/security investigations), limited data may be retained or deletion may take longer where legally required.

9. Legal Rights (GDPR)

Under the EU GDPR, you may have the right to request erasure of your personal data ("right to be forgotten") in certain cases. If you believe we have not handled your request appropriately, you may contact the Swedish data protection authority: Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
