Terms of Service for Yikes - Party Game

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Yikes - Party Game, you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

Yikes - Party Game grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own under these Terms.

3. User conduct

You agree not to use the app to harass, threaten, impersonate, or post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You are responsible for the content you submit in sessions (display names, chat, etc.).

4. User-generated content

Any content that players submit or create during sessions remains the user's responsibility. By submitting content you grant Yikes - Party Game a license to display, distribute, and use that content to operate and improve the service.

5. Purchases and refunds

In-app purchases are processed by the platform store. Refunds and purchase disputes must be handled via the platform's refund process unless otherwise stated.

6. Access termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app for users that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

Yikes - Party Game is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

Except where prohibited by law, Yikes - Party Game and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Yikes - Party Game is operated.

10. Changes to Terms
