Bloom offers support and structure. It is not therapy, legal advice or financial advice. Nobody monitors your use of it, and it will not escalate anything on your behalf. If you are in danger or in crisis, please contact your local emergency services.
Questions
Is what I write really private?
Yes. Your Vault messages, session reflections, checklist items and the dates you enter are stored only in Bloom's private storage on your phone. They are never uploaded, and there is no server that holds a copy.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up, no email, no password. The trade-off is that your data can't move to a new phone — it lives on this one.
What do the notifications look like?
They're gentle reminders sent by your phone, not by us — a heads-up three days before a hard date, and a note when you reach a milestone. They can include your first name and appear on your lock screen, so if you share your phone you may prefer to leave them off. Bloom works fine without them.
Is Bloom a subscription?
Yes. Full access requires a subscription, with a free trial on the yearly plan. Billing is handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play — we never see your card details, and you cancel through your store account.
Can I start over?
Any time. Settings → Start over erases everything Bloom has stored on your device, immediately and permanently. Your subscription is unaffected and can be restored.
